Frequently Asked Questions
-
A full M&E refurbishment involves replacing or upgrading all mechanical and electrical systems within an existing building. This includes heating, cooling, ventilation, power distribution, lighting, and controls, ensuring the building meets modern performance and compliance standards.
-
VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems provide efficient heating and cooling with the ability to serve multiple zones. They are ideal for refurbishment projects due to their flexibility, energy efficiency, and ability to adapt to existing building layouts.
-
Integrating systems such as HVAC, lighting, and controls through a BMS allows for centralised monitoring and optimisation. This improves energy efficiency, enhances occupant comfort, and simplifies building operation and maintenance.
